Each plan includes a set number of technician seats — Solo 1, Starter 5, Pro 15, Scale 25. If you add people beyond your included seats, each additional active technician is a flat $25/month. No tiered per-user pricing, no surprises.

Yes. Each company account is configured for a specific trade, which calibrates the AI, price book templates, and default job types. If you run multiple trades, you can create separate company accounts for each.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Postgres Row Level Security to ensure each company's data is completely isolated — no other company can ever see your jobs, customers, or invoices. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.

You'll get a notification when you're approaching the limit. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited AI invoices at any time — the upgrade is instant and your data is never lost.

Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your billing settings at any time and you won't be charged again. Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period.
