We keep your data boring.
Plain English. No "we may share with affiliates and trusted partners." If you can't tell what we do with your data after one read of this page, that's a bug. Email [email protected] and we'll fix it.
What we collect
Account profile (name, email, phone, company), job and customer records you enter, call recordings and transcripts when you enable the AI receptionist, mobile device telemetry needed for offline sync, and payment metadata (we never see card numbers — Stripe handles that).
Why we collect it
To run the product you signed up for: dispatch jobs, generate invoices, accept payments, message customers, sync with your accounting tools. We don't sell, rent, or trade any of it.
Where it lives
Customer data is stored in a per-tenant Postgres database (CloudNativePG, CA region). Backups are encrypted and stored in S3-compatible object storage (Cloudflare R2, US region) with 30-day retention.
Who can see it
Only the users in your TraqField account, our on-call engineers when they need to debug a live incident (logged, audited, time-boxed), and the sub-processors listed below. Never any third party for marketing or model training.
Sub-processors
Stripe (payments), Twilio (voice + SMS), OpenAI (AI receptionist speech-to-text + reply, no training on your data), Sentry (error tracking with PII scrubbing), Cloudflare (CDN + DDoS), Resend (transactional email).
Your rights
Export your data anytime from the admin panel (CSV + JSON). Delete your account anytime — we hard-delete within 30 days, except where US law requires us to retain (e.g. tax records on invoices for 7 years).
Security
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. SOC 2 Type II audit completed annually. Per-tenant data isolation at the database and namespace level. Optional SSO + SCIM on Scale.
